I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am registered as a Therapeutic Counsellor Candidate RTCc #3151. Throughout my career, I've worked with diverse groups, offering my expertise in areas like Child and Youth Mental Health, while also maintaining a private practice.
My therapeutic approach emphasizes a trauma-informed, inclusive, and culturally respectful approaches. I utilize a range of therapeutic models to best support my clients, some of which include Cognitive-behavioral therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and the Multi Eye Channel Movement Integration (MEMI) technique.
Currently furthering my education in fields like child psychology, trauma and grief specializing, as well coping strategies for professional burnout.
