A: Absolutely. Confidentiality is paramount in our sessions, with information shared only under legal obligations or with your express consent.
Q: How can I determine if therapy is effective?
A: Indicators of effective therapy include improved emotional management, better relationships, and enhanced overall life satisfaction. We'll regularly assess progress towards your goals.
Q: What techniques do you utilize?
